Getting Started


How many times do you see the same people in the gym year after year and their body never changes? Why? They are working out right? If you find this to be true about yourself be excited! I have the solution!

Simply focus on one of these three things and change just one.
 
Duration - how long you workout
Frequency - how many times you workout
Intensity - how hard you work out (guarantee this is the one that produces the most results)

Cherise's rules of thumb:

• After your workout your hair should be unstyleable.
• Beginners to seasoned athletes, you MUST push outside your comfort zone.
• To get results you never have had, you must do what you have never done.
